My name is Bev W. I recently had to send my Father's little red Hyundai to Florida for his annual migration. I was dreading all the details and costs involved of getting his car down there again! This is the first time I've opted to use a transport company. My Dad mentioned that several of his Florida friends had used transport services and we should give it a try. However, I would be the one to do the research! :( Was I ever impressed with David Littles of AmeriFreight's office staff. He walked me right through the process and helped me feel comfortable with using his company. He assured me there would be contacts during every step of the way. He was right! I got a call when they found a carrier, asked me if I was satisfied with the rate and timing, then the carrier people themselves called me to arrange a pick-up of the vehicle, called me to announce the time of the delivery and it just went so smoothly. I was so happy with the drivers, David and Kerry, the two actually transporting the car. They were very happy to do the hauling and so pleasant to work with. AND the car was delivered a full day earlier than expected. Was Dad ever impressed! They couldn't actually drive the car into Dad's sub-division, but found a lot very close to the home, unloaded it and picked up Dad and made the delivery complete. Can't be more happy than that. Josh from AmeriFreight tied it up and made sure we were happy! Thank you AmeriFreight, I will use you again in the future to be sure as long as I have a migrating parent to keep happy!
