My experience with AmeriFreight was great. Pricing was competitive, communication and direction was great, and the vehicle was delivered within the time frame promised. One thing to remember is that you're booking with a broker that does not have direct control of the carrier. AmeriFreight as a broker was outstanding. The carrier that ultimately shipped the vehicle arrived on-time for the pickup, did a very thorough job identifying existing scratches and dings and left me a copy so we had a record. One challenge we had with the carrier was that they called and confirmed a drop off window, then after missing that window called and gave two more delivery options. After selecting a new time, they arrived on time. When they called to schedule the drop off they said we either needed to pay with cash or a postal order(????) and not a cashiers check as outlined on the shipping agreement. After calling them and letting them know we had already purchased the cashiers check and that is how they would be paid, they agreed. All in all very small challenges in shipping a car across the country!
