Although this service was easy and quick, I thought that the customer service end could use some retraining. I felt like I was a bother every time I called, even though I was giving them my business. It was prompt and thorough, so I can ignore this. Overall, I would recommend the service to a friend, but tell them to not judge the company by their interactions by their employees. Also, I think that it is very inappropriate to ask customers to please please please give you a good review after the process or else it may "impact my performance for promotions and job retention severely." I will give the review that I want. Otherwise you are asking people to (possibly) lie. Honestly, your service is very sub-par and needs a lot of work. Asking your clients to lie will not help your company grow, David.

Another problem was that the driver picked up the car too early, on a day that I said I was unavailable. Luckily the activity that I had planned for that day had been cancelled, or else I would not have been able to get my car to the carrier. If that had happened, the entire time frame would have been wrong. I think that Amerifreight needs to stress to their contractors that they need to honor the time frame that the customer is given.
