Mixed Experience - Delay in Picking/Early Delivery/Expensive

Positive:
* Josh called at regular intervals to monitor progress.
* Car delivered early, in ok condition.

Negative:
* Car was picked up at mid-night.
- Car picked up after the 15th day of booking.
* Delivery contact number never worked.
* The price was increased by 1/3 ($400) of the original quote.
* Delivery contact mentioned as -Speedy Auto- but BOL had -Transport Express-. Do not know if the job went down from AmeriFreight to Speedy Auto to Transport Express. Certainly does not help creating such confusion.
* Offer AFTA insurance coverage but David did not know the coverage difference between Standard & Comprehensive Plan. Neither did he showed interest in helping out.
