I purchased a collector vehicle in Annapolis, MD which had to transported to Livermore, CA. After reviewing various transport companies on line I chose AmeriFreight because of the positive reviews they received in general. I provided my data online through their website and Their agent Ali Miller contacted me immediately and was very helpful. My case was not simple since I was overseas for part of the time so that the vehicle had to be delivered to the house of a friend. Ali Miller never dropped the ball and made sure that everyone was continually informed and that I would be aware of what was happening through the different steps. She finally, within 3-4 days, secured a truck which would pick up the car within 2 days from agreeing on a price. Everything happened very promptly. The vehicle was delivered safely 6 days later without incident. I can strongly recommend AmeriFreight and their agent Ali Miller for long distance vehicle transportation. They know their business very well and seem to be careful that they only contract dependable truckers. The final amount for coast to coast transportation consisted of a $250 deposit + $1100 charge which goes to the truck driver upon delivery. I had budgeted $1500, so thought that was very reasonable.
