I received my car in a timely manner (less than 1 week). I paid extra for 1-3 day pick up. My driver first estimated to pick up my car on 2 days after my order was placed, however he called and said he was coming a day earlier. He wanted me to meet him in Alexandria, VA which is an hour away from where I live. I told him that was not possible because of the distance and I would not have a car to drive back. He then told me he could pick my car up at a location 15 min from my house because my neighborhood streets are too narrow, which was inconvenient. He estimated my pick up time at 3pm. Then, he said he'd call me when he was leaving Alexandria. My car was not picked up until 6pm. My car was in the same condition when I received it but dirty, which is expected.
