I had a very good experience with this company. My contact person was Amy and she was knowledgeable, patient and prompt about every thing. My car was shipped from Los Angeles to Newark, NJ and it took about 12 days. I did have a problem the carrier that they used to transport my car; P & K Carriers were absolutely horrendous to work with. Joe, who claims to be the owner of the company, screamed at me over the phone for the fact that my car was going to be 2 days late!

Amerifreight business practices are excellent, but P & K Carriers are horrible. DO NOT USE THEM. If you are assigned P & K, request for a different carrier. I informed Amy already of the bad experience I had with them.

Our goal is to provide quality service to our customers, not only through our office staff, but also through our carriers. We desire to only partner with carriers that provide a top rate service to our customers. When our customers have a poor experience, as in this situation, we are sure to make note. We will not continue to work with carriers that do not provide good and respectable service to our customers.
