It turned out more expensive than the estimate. The pickup guy also charged me. Ali was excellent at customer service and prompt and available with phone calls. That made me feel reassured that my car was safe. The car arrived with no damage. The pickup guy was reliable and polite although he charged me for stuff in the car.
