I am 100% satisfied with the driver that Amerifreight found for my vehicle. I was very hesitant in my search for an auto shipper, thinking every company would be a scam and I would never see my car again. I'm happy my car arrived safely and the driver made the drop-off/pick-up very easy. I am a little disappointed my car didn't arrive in the estimated 7-10 days, but 13 days is not bad. I also think my quote was a little low compared to what I ended up paying and that it took about a week to find an interested shipper. I did end up paying for the optional additional insurance coverage due to my paranoia, which luckily I didn’t end up needing but better safe than sorry! Overall, my experience with Amerifreight was positive. The representative I worked with was very courteous and always replied quickly to my calls or emails. When he was unavailable, another rep. was happy to help or to leave a message with my rep. If I need to ship my car again, I will definitely utilize Amerifreight. It helped ease my fears knowing they were with the better business bureau, which a lot of auto shippers are not. Definitely would recommend!
