I made the decision to move to Las Vegas and I needed to get my car transported from New York rather quickly. I began researching different companies. I had no idea what I was doing and I started to get quotes from places who's prices were too good to be true. I finally happened upon this site and saw that this company had a great rating. They also had a good rating with the BBB.
Let me just say that customer service, is for me more important than how much I pay for something. My contact person Ali Miller from the first moment we spoke on the phone till the day my car was deliverd was highly professional, personable, upfront and knowledgable. She made the process of shipping a car very simple and clear. Although the initial quote was lower than what I ended up paying, Ali explained why the cost went up, however was still willing to continue to hold out for a lower price if I wanted. Because I needed to get the car to Vegas rather quickly I decided to pay the extra cost with a company that they used often who had a 100% rating.
I'M GLAD I DID!!!
My car arrived on time, no damage, no miles put on, nothing stolen. The delivery guys were professional and even after the car was delivered Ali continued to call me to make sure I was satisfied. If I ever move again this company would be my only choice!!!
