The entire process was easy and straight forward. Everything was explained up front and I knew each party's responsibilities and what to expect from the shipping process. The pickup was 12 days after the first available date but Graham explained that once the job is posted it may take a few days for someone to take the job. The pickup and delivery fit my schedule just fine.
