I have shipped a few vehicles for our company in the past and have always had issues with my previous experience with other brokers and carriers. I considered flying one of our employees to drive this vehicle from one location to another and then flying them back but I decided to give it one more chance and chose AmeriFreight. I am glad I did. I finally found a company I can rely on. AmeriFreight moved our vehicle without incident. Although they are a broker that then connects you with a carrier, they (Ali Miller) stayed involved from beginning to end to ensure a high quality of customer service. She proactively called me throughout the process to check on how things were going. There was an initial small delay in picking up the vehicle but she was proactive in getting that resolved within an hour. This exceeded my expectations and I will use them again without hesitation.
