Whole process was straight forward. Pickup and delivery times were well communicated. Everyone friendly and polite. No suprises with quoted price in contract versus actual price. Only one minor negative issue. On pick-up, I was not thrilled to see that my car was towed from my neighborhood to the car carrier in Vancouver (about 15 miles). I would have preferred to drive it there myself or at least have it taken on a flat bed. On delivery, the car was driven from the car carrier to the door. Car was quite dirty on arrival but as expected for an open carrier. Overall, would use again.
