I had a special case that I had a long vacation right after I moved so Amerifreight helped me set up the pick up and delivery time well. I raised my price twice before a carrier is willing to ship my car. This results in a 2 week wait after the initial available date. During this time, the agent was changed and the new agent was definitely more knowledgeable and reliable. After we found the carrier, the shipping is very smooth and on time.. Communication was clear and accurate. I will use AmeriFreight again, but will ask for more realistic price at the first place instead of wasting time waiting for carriers.
