Ali at Amerifreight was a huge help with this complicated and stressful part of our cross-country move. My husband had so many questions and we were uncertain if we were making the right choice and whether things would fit our schedule or budget. Ali was so great at keeping us informed and being patient with our unease.
I was very apprehensive about having my car shipped as I could not be present when it was loaded and had to arrange things with a friend, but Josh (Amerifreight) was understanding and helped us get things in order without delay once a driver was found. It was comforting that I was able to communicate with the driver directly, and he and his partner were very friendly. They arrived a day ahead of schedule (awesome!), and were able to meet me in a parking lot of my choosing- - a huge
relief because it's rural area and I didn't have many options.
I would definitely recommend Amerifreight! I can't think of anything that could have made the process any better.
