Had never had a car shipped before, was very hesitant because of horror stories I had heard. Kenneth was my customer rep, he was great! Walked me thru the process, gave me the price, which I thought was a fair price. Within hours I had a time and date for car pick up and the day it would be delivered. He checked back with me numerous times to make sure I knew who was bringing the car and all contact information. Kenneth was very professional and had a sense of humor that helped relieve my fears.
