Helped me get my car shipped when another company fell through!

Overall, my experience with amerifreight was positive. due to my lack of knowledge about how the car shipping industry works, I initially went with another company who was drastically cheaper but kept telling me that my car would get picked up. after waiting around for a while i did some homework and found amerifreight had quite a bit of reviews and figured out it was going to cost me a lot more to get my car shipped. while it did cost more money, lecia was very helpful throughout the process and worked with me to make sure i got my car in colorado. i did pay more but i wanted to make sure my car would make it to colorado and they helped me do that. the car was picked up on time but due to the nature of the business the driver was held up waiting for some other cars that he was shipping from california f2lor two days. while you can't do anything about events like this, i do wish people who arrange the shipping would make it more clear that things like this can happen and that 2 day delays might occur. my driver communicated with me slightly better than average. sometimes he would get back to me right away but some times he wouldn't (i'm guessing he was busy). in the end i ended up meeting the driver about 30-40 mins from where the original drop off destination was but that's because i just wanted to get my car already. i would possibly consider shipping my car with this company again in the future if i had to do so.
