I was hesitant about using a transport company to ship my vehicle from North Carolina to Oregon, but I was happily satisfied with the overall experience. My initial experience working with Josh was very comfortable and he easily explained all the specifics I needed to know for the transport and how it worked. He was able to locate a transport for me in a very quick time frame and placed the order. After working with Josh I had to work directly with the transport company which was effective , but not the most cooperative. They were a day early and I needed my car, but that did not matter to them and I had to find alternate transportation to work. Once I came to Oregon I was not able to get hold of the company to get the status of where my car was at. All in all, I received my vehicle in good shape and my experience with Josh at Amerifreight was excellent, but the transport company used could have been better to work with pertaining to communication.
