The vehicle that we shipped (Jeep) was no easy feat; with oversized tires, a nonfunctional parking brake, and unattached sway bars, it was a pretty big challenge just to get it onto the truck. Wesley (the driver) was great and kept us updated throughout the cross-country drive and gave us a very accurate estimated time of arrival. The company as a whole kept in contact to make sure that we were pleased with the service we were receiving, which was much appreciated. Wesley was extremely friendly and polite and we are grateful for the work that he put in to get our vehicle to us in the same amount of pieces that it was before.
