My first inquiry about their service and my options was on Monday evening after work hours. Nevertheless Lecia's responses were prompt and detailed. We exchanged few emails that night and I got all the information I needed to make my decision.
Next morning she contacted me again. Within an hour I got everything arranged for me.
I needed a First Class service - pick up and drop off at specific times within a week, transport from Florida to California. Everything was done exactly on time as promised, to a minute!
The communication with the driver was very professional and timely.
The price for such service was, by my opinion, very reasonable.
I will use their services again in the future, and I highly recommend them to everyone!
