Ali Miller/AmeriFreight”s service from the start of the move in explaining how things would be handled in moving my car from New Jersey to Colorado, was very clear and extremely helpful.
She did an excellent job explaining to me the details of the transport and answered my questions timely and professionally. She kept in touch with me over the phone and through email throughout the entire process.
During transport Ali was also available to speak with when I needed, and if I had to leave a voice mail message she returned my call promptly. When my car was not delivered on the expected date she contacted the carrier and found out that the transporter’s truck had broken down in Denver and was being repaired. The next day I received an apologetic call from the transporter and assurance that my car would be delivered promptly by a secondary carrier out of Denver. The driver on the second shipping leg kept in good contact with me and showed up at the time he estimated.
My vehicle was delivered in good shape with no damages and everything intact.
This was a good first experience in shipping a car cross country but if ever necessary again I would not hesitate to call Ali at AmeriFreight.
