Bottom line, the car was picked up at the requested time frame and delivered appropriately in good condition. Getting in touch with the representative was at times difficult: sometimes the system routes a caller through an operator and sometimes the call goes to the person.
There was a disconnect between the customer service rep and the driver that resulted in the car arriving one day later than we were initially told.
