Good service but could not deliver on initial quote

I picked AmeriFreight based on high BBB scores and the fact that the company consistently showed up in top ten lists while I was doing research on-line. Got a prompt response with a good price upon requesting a quote and decided to place my order with them based on that. About five days after the first available pick up date I was told that no carriers responded to the initial price and they will have to be more aggressive to secure a carrier. A carrier was eventually found at $400 more than the initial quote. Once the carrier was secured everything went smoothly, the car was picked up on time and delivered within the estimated time with no damage. All in all I had a good experience with AmeriFreight and while I realize it is the nature of the business paying $400 more than the initial quote still left a bad taste.
