Overall the experience was great. There were only a couple issues. The first was the price. When they quoted an initial price, I assumed that would be final. I found out later that I would need to pay more if I wanted the delivery to happen sooner than later. Which makes sense. They did not force me to take the higher price, in fact, they were able to cut it in half. The second issue was where the car was picked up and delivered. I assumed it would be driveway to driveway. I found out later that the roads were too narrow for the truck. We needed to pick a place that had a larger area to load and unload. Which again is completely reasonable. They were very flexible with the locations and times.
I would use them again. It was very easy to get ahold of them and work through the issues that came up. Fantastic company!!!
