I was able to get a hold of Graham easily by calling, but not by email. This was a little inconvenient at the time because I was out of the country and unable to make phone calls for a few days. When I did speak to him, he helpfully explained all the different price options and gave me a suggestion for what would work best in my case. He recommended going with the immediate shipping plan but I opted for the 1-5 day waiting period. This ended up being a good decision because about 2 days later I received an email and a call that a carrier had been found. This was great, I thought the service and response time was very good on his part. He also followed up with me a few days after the call was expected to be delivered which was very nice.
I did not have as good of an experience with the carrier, however. I used Skyline Auto Transport. I happened to miss many of their calls but even if I called back within 10 minutes, I got no answer. The number I was given for my driver was both incorrect and had no voicemail set up. I was essentially unable to contact Skyline or it's employees unless I picked up when they called. Texting also did not work.
That said, my vehicle was returned to me in the same condition and both drivers I interacted with were both very timely and polite.
