No issues, which is the way you want this process to be. If you haven't shipped a car before you have to understand the bid a broker gives you is just a made up estimate. They are negotiating on the other side with actual carriers. The same goes with discounts. They may be given but since a carrier hasn't actually agreed to the price you may or may not see the difference (i.e. a carrier actually accepts a larger offer).
