We do understand the inconvenience this may have caused our customer and the person at the point of destination. Unfortunately sometimes carriers may have to make arrangements to pick up or deliver vehicles at more accessible locations and they do try to accommodate customers as best they can, like they did in this case. Customers can always negotiate with carriers regarding the location and time of delivery, but within reason.We value our customers' input and as always do our very best to ensure they have an uneventful, stress free shipment experience.
