I was quoted a price that was significantly less than some other brokers but I understood the quote was not guaranteed. They post the transport request on a national board and negotiate to get the best price from approved car haulers. They said if they can't get the price quoted they would contact me again. I expected the lower price was just a way for them to attract more customers but I was pleasantly surprised that they really did work on my behalf for a good rate. In the end I received a rate that was hundreds less than other carriers and the vehicle arrived in excellent condition. I also had a nice conversation with the actual driver before and after the transportation. I would definitely use them again if I need to move a vehicle across the country. Note ... They did give me a slight incentive to post a review but they did NOT say it had to be a good review ... it was entirely my choice to leave Positive feedback.
