I needed a transport from NY to CA. It was my first time and I didn't really know what to expect. I worked with Graham at Amerifreight and he was wonderful! He was patient and he was always available to answer my questions. The process was explained to me properly. I went with the economy saver estimate since I was in no real hurry. He tried to get me a price as close to this estimate as possible ($845). I understood that this was not very likely. The actually rate I got ($1100) was still very competitive. I could have opted to not go with that carrier and have Graham continue to look for another carrier closer to the estimate but since the holidays are coming up I figured rates would be going up so I took it. There was no pressure on his end. There were no hidden fees once I got my rate from an actual carrier. Once a carrier was accepted, I feel that I got my car very quickly. Aside from dirt, (which is expected on an open carrier) my car arrived in great condition. Graham made sure to follow up with me throughout the process. Not like other companies that disappear once they have your money. They also offer military discounts and a discount to leave a review, not a guaranteed positive review, just an honest review about your experience. Which I am happy to write.
