This was the first time I have ever used the services of a Broker for transporting my vehicle from one state to another. In my research I looked for a company that seemed honest, reliable and, of course, had a BBB rating. I spoke to Jorge, an AmeriFreight rep. He immediately put my concerns at ease with his experience and friendly demeanor. He was professional, knowledgeable and informative, addressing my questions and guiding me through the entire process. Jorge was prompt and followed up with me frequently. He made sure all parties were "on the same page." My vehicle arrived at its destination with no problems at all. It was a smooth transition and a pleasant experience. I would use AmeriFreight again should the need arise, and would recommend them to anyone who needs its services.
