The pick-up was not great. We had a specific time frame for pick-up and the window was not met. A morning or afternoon pick-up turned into a call for a 1 am pick-up. The delivery was confusing due to three different people calling and not knowing what the others said. Had to explain every time the address and time window to Russians with broken English. I would consider using Amerifreight but never Pro Logistics. Amerifreight should have worked with the company more to ensure customer satisfaction.
