I worked with Lecia. She was very friendly and worked promptly to find me a carrier that matched my needs. There were some issues with pick-up (I wanted to drop-off, was told it was not an option, but ended up being available), but otherwise was very smooth.
I highly recommend the carrier Amerifreight connected me to. They are called CFR Autodirect Trucking. They do cross country trips (NY to LA) all the time in covered enclosures at low rates.
Overall a pleasant experience. I would recommend.
