Military family that needed to ship Tahoe within 2 weeks with a firm deadline for pickup. Driver was professional but showed up at the last possible day for pickup. Broker told me Tuesday for pickup and driver showed up Friday. Was not told of broker fee until a few days before pickup. Bottom line is that this was the cheapest option and it worked out fine. Was a little nervous up until pickup but the vehicle got to its destination quickly and in the same condition it left in. Overall very satisfied.
