The problem was that we did not get a return call from Amerifreight for 2 weeks- so we called another carrier. Then when we were notified a driver would pick up the car we assumed it was Carrier #2 and NOT AmeriFreight. This caused a lot of confusion. The driver worked with us to pick up the car at a location with a large parking lot and also to arrange delivery at a large parking area. The delivery was prompt.
