Jorge was friendly and nice, the customer service is professional and the best part. The price I got was a bit higher than the original quote (1090 v.s. 995), of which I was informed from the beginning and so I feel OK about that. The driver is the part that everyone has quite diversed experience with, mine is relatively OK but not perfect. The pick-up is a bit late but within a reasonable range (1-day delay), the delivery is two-day's late but since I'm not in a hurry I'll just accept that. My car got no scratches but it got really dirty on the interior clothing. Be advised that you cover your seat and interior upholstery well so that you don't have to waste time cleaning afterwards. Overall it's a positive experience with some minor defects.
