Graham's professionalism was on full display. He called instead of sending endless emails once I requested a quote. Graham was very understanding to the needs of what my requirements were and as well as answered all questions that I had.
This company is a broker so they have limited control over how your vehicle will be cared for before during and after the shipment, however from the on set graham and I had a clear understand that we would communicate effectively and regularly until shipment was complete.
