Upon calling in for a quote, I was told that my car would be able to be picked up on the date I requested. However, I quickly received a call back from Lecia saying my car could be picked up the following day, Tuesday. So I arranged for a rental car, and awaited the call from the truck driver who was assigned to me. He didn't call that day, so Tuesday morning, I called him and he said he would be there that day, but to my surprise, he called again later in the day to say he would come Wednesday. My work schedule is not flexible, and now I was paying for a rental car I didn't need. Finally, on Friday, he came. Over Wednesday and Thursday, I had some scheduling conflicts, and he had a broken truck. It was difficult to get in contact with him, but when he finally did come, he was really nice. Less than a week later, he was calling my parents to figure out a drop off location. I was expecting the generic 7-10 days. Customer service was great! I live on the west coast, and was scared that by the time I got off work, they wouldn't answer, but somehow, they were always there. They definitely took the stress out of the situation.
