1st and for most her customer service is the best. Polite, professional, and she actually listened to my questions.
2nd she was so patient and explained everything until I understood.
3rd Lecia promptly returned every call and email.
4th she was honest with my job and concerned about my move.
5th Lecia reduced my anxiety and checked in after the delivery.
Half way through the move I was saying everything they say on the internet about Lecia is true!
