I've never used a company that was so helpful and knowledgeable about their profession. My customer service representative Lecia walked me through the entire process step by step helpfully explaining each part in detail. They found me a carrier within days and every time they quoted me a price or a time it was always spot on. As someone who has never used a freight company in my life, I will be coming back if I ever need to again. 5/5 stars.
