The beginning was great, Graham setup the transportation in an enclosed trailer for about the same price as an open. The pick up was on time and the car was in the same condition when delivered. The delivery process had some lack of communication. The day it was supposed to be delivered, I never received any phone call with a time. When I call to track down the location of my car they gave me the dispatches number. He was unaware that he was assigned my vehicle and said it would be his priority the following morning. The next morning, I never received a phone call. When I called the dispatch, he said it was assigned to someone else. I had to call costumer service multiple times to get an answer to when my car will be delivered. My car was finally delivered 15 days after pick up at 11 pm.
