Bottom Line up front: You pay for what you get. I tried 2 other transporters, offering a lower rate but provided me with nothing. No date, no pick up, just a "hey we've got this, you just have to wait". This company gave me a full explanation of the process, which I researched and confirmed, I paid (higher than the other 2 "no show rate companies"). Car was picked up on the 1st day and dropped off a day early.
After you understand how this process works, I'd be surprised if you use any other company.
