I was originally quoted about $500 less than it ended up costing me. No drivers would take the shipment at the originally quoted price, so my truck sat around for almost 2 weeks for no reason. If they had just quoted me at the market rate in the first place I could have saved 2 weeks of wasted time and inconvenience. Also, getting my business by quoting me at a rate that won't actually be fulfilled is not a great way to do business.
