Shipped car from Maryland to California via another company that they contracted. This company REQUIRES customers to review the company ONLY IF THEY CUSTOMER HAS A GOOD EXPERIENCE. Even though I was require to review, when I had a very negative experience, they dropped any request to review. When I asked them to help with the problem, they said "We no longer work with that shipper due to poor service." - despite them having had this shipper ship my car within the past week. Also, the actual price was $250 more than quoted. They said the quoted price was "average". They gave me 2 quotes that were $200 and $250 more than the quotes. That means that it is equally likely that a quote would come $200 to $250 below. Although not technically a switch and bait, this practically amounts to such since there is no way they could have shipped my car for $750 across the country. I wouldn't use them again. There positive ratings are due to selection bias in reviews.
