I was referred to a competitor by a neighbor who had used their company and was satisfied with service. I called, made arrangements, and then did not hear from them again for 2 weeks. Three days before scheduled pickup I started calling and emailing for more info. Their response was terrible. I called Ali at Amerifreight desperate for help. My daughter was in Texas, without a car and too young to rent one. Ali was fantastic, professional, polite, and knew her stuff! Within an hour of talking with her the first time, we had a driver and a pickup date for that week! The driver called in advance, and arrived exactly at the time he said. He gave me his cell number if either myself or my daughter needed it. He told me the car would be delivered the following Monday. But it was actually delivered on FRIDAY my daughter was so happy to finally get her wheels! Ali and Amerifreight are the best!
