I chose this company after reading some good reviews. I contacted the company and decided to proceed. They sent me paperwork to fill out on-line which I did. Then I never heard from him again. So I called and found out that the person I spoke to was not working there anymore. So that was disturbing. I was given another name and was told she was handling my order and that she would call that day. Well, she never called. I was annoyed and was wondering if I had made a mistake with this company. I thought I would give it one more chance the next day when I got Graham on the phone. He told me he was taking over my order and once he did it was a wonderful experience. He found a company to take my car(not exactly at the price i had hoped for) and that night my car was picked up, inspected and was on the way. The driver Max was a nice guy and it was nice to meet the actual driver. He contacted my daughter for the drop off and was in constant communication at her end with the time of the drop off. It worked out great! After a bumpy beginning, I have to say that it was a very good experience and would use this company again.
