AmeriFreight did what it said it would do - find me a carrier to ship my car. Ali Jones was substituted as a replacement for my initial rep and she was great - she saved this review for AmeriFrieght. The carrier they found provided zero and I mean zero contact on the pick-up time and the in transit status- the driver made a call with only one hour notice prior to delivery. Ali Jones stayed in touch with me and kept me sane when all I needed was the driver to respond just one time...one time is all I wanted but the only call received from the driver was the one coming one hour out from delivery WHICH came two days late BUT 8 hours prior to the agreed modified delivery time and date. Overall the carrier made this an extremely inconvenient and a very disruptive process both on the pick up and delivery of the vehicle.
