Graham at amerifreight was in constant contact and the process played out exactly how he said it would. No surprises. In fact, he was the only one of at least 3 or so companies I talked to, that disclosed that they were brokers and not the actual carriers. However, in the end it always comes down to the individual driver and ours was ok. He was not the best communicator but delivered both of our vehicles without damage and generally on time.
