Lecia was the best - great customer service & very professional - but I did have major problems with the carrier - a day late in pick-up & have very poor communication during travel - then basically 2 days late on delivery - part of our agreement was to deliver during business hours - even when told just down the road from business - it took another hour after closing time & owner/friend had to wait over an hour - no call?
