This is our first time to ship a car and we chose Amerifreight after the first broker can not get a carrier for us. It is more than what we planned to pay for but the smooth shipment is worth it. Rick Morris did an excellent job! Although I have some doubts with TransAuto Logistics (due to some bad reviews), Rick assured me that they had used the carrier multiple times without problems. John from dispatch gave us the updates we needed and worked as go-between since the driver speaks mostly Korean. It was a smooth transaction and my daughter was so happy to receive her new car within the time frame given.
