Ali was very good at keeping me informed. I went on vacation, left the area and yet she always kept me notified of availability to ship. It happened on my schedule, when I was ready, and they did not ask for one penny more than quoted. I even had someone else receive my car as I was back on the east coast when they delivered it to the west coast and no issues! Dirt is a given and 4 for the car being 1 day late which I had to juggle a few things to make it work with delivery.
